Shipping Information
Shipping rates are calculated and displayed at checkout based on your delivery country and selected shipping speed.
Diffuser plug types are automatically matched and shipped according to the delivery address country.
Customers can request changes to their shipping address within 24 hours of placing an order. After this window, we cannot guarantee modifications as orders may already be in processing or transit.

Shipping times may vary based on stock availability and do not include customs or clearance delays.
Handling
Orders are dispatched within 2 business days from our warehouse. All shipments—Standard and Express—include tracking, allowing you to monitor your package from dispatch to delivery.
We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
For customers outside Australia, New Zealand, the United States, and Canada, shipping costs, duties, taxes, and any customs fees are not covered by TheraPetMD for warranty replacements or shipments lost/damaged in transit.
An invoice may be sent to cover these costs, and additional customs fees must be paid directly to your courier before receiving your package.
